The website is managed by Nordic Chinese communication (NCC) association in Norway. NCC runs its own magazine 北欧华人通讯or Nordic Chinese Communication Magazine. NCC was founded in 1986 from handwritten copy. Now it is the only Chinese paper media in Norway, and the only Chinese magazine in Scandinavia countries. It is widely recognized for its rich coverage between China and Norway.
